Dustin’s Body Building Journey

I wanted to let everyone know who my Buddy Dustin Rose is and what he has in store, as he has decided to set a goal for himself to compete in a body building competition. He asked me for some advice and help along the way. As you watch the video; I want you all to know that Dustin had no idea what I was going to do. I know that having Dustin be accountable by posting his workouts and his daily nutritional diet; he will be successful in this personal challenge that he has entered into. As he progresses, please give Dustin support in the comments area. We will be able to follow him right up to his future competition date. Dustin is a very determined individual who has set his goals high. I can not wait to see him compete in his first body building competition!
