Remember 9-11

Take a moment and reflect on this day. We all know what happened, how you reacted, and where you were when it happened. It is interesting how certain major events will trigger memories for the rest of your life. Take a moment today and say a little prayer for the individuals who lost their lives and the families of those who survived. Don’t forget to include our service men and women who have battled these terrorist groups since then. Be thankful for where you live and the protection they provide. Some of you reading this may have lost your job and/or are having troubles making things come together for yourself. If you can read this right now; trust me you are doing much better than a good percentage of the world’s population. Sit back and just think about that for a minute and you will realize just how lucky you are to be an American.

Today, tell your family and friends how much they mean to you. You may not get a second chance. Do not look at this day as a day of sadness but a day of renewed strength to overcome any obstacles put in front of you. I know this is not a typical post but some posts are just thoughts and sometimes thoughts should be told. God Bless America!
