This is the continuation of part one.  These last two exercises are a little more advanced, especially with the band resistance the guys are using.

    Do you worry about any type of impingement when performing cuban rotations?

    No I do not worry about it unless the athlete or client has had an impingement in the past or currently has a inflammed shoulder. In either of those cases, I would stay away from it. As they say-there are many ways to skin a cat.
