			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a new for the website and it might be something that becomes a regular thing if you guys would like it to be.  This is a little review of Louie Simmons Reverse Hyper.  If you have never used this piece of equipment than you don&#8217;t know what you are missing.  In the video, I give an example of another use the reverse hyper has; especially for injury prevention and rehab.  I also mention percentage weights in the video and those percentage weights are based of your 1 rep max back squat.</p>
